Today was another crazy busy day. It worked out well for since it was a diet day. I stayed under 1,600 calories for the day but it was tough in the evening. I splurged at lunch and had a bowl of broccoli and cheddar soup besides my salad with grilled chicken breast. this bumped my calories 250 points higher mid day. Had I skipped the soup I could have enjoyed some fruit for dessert this evening. Instead I am feeling a bit hungry. Maybe next time I will do things differently.
