Today I needed to work off site so my workout was shorter than normal. I also needed to help my wife load her truck for her road trip. She is out having fun and I am working, and working. It is all good though, that is just how it is sometimes.
I did not track all my calories today so I am not sure how close to the 1600 I am. I did not go crazy so I think I am close. I was feeling hungry for parts of the day and that is a sure sign. I am going to eat lighter tomorrow just to offset my not tracking today, but I am not limiting myself to 1600, since tomorrow is an eating day. I will go lighter tomorrow.
