AM:
3 sets of universal weights machines
shoulder press
leg extensions
leg presses

40 min elliptical machine

Today was a good day at work. The sickness did not kick my butt like it has my coworker. He was down for the count today. I was hacking some snot this AM but in general I felt better today than yesterday. I did have one time of feeling a bit dizzy but I was taking the stairs and going about my business as usual. I think the super chicken soup I made really paid off. Lots of garlic, veggies and brown rice. I had it again for dinner tonight and I expect a solid night of sleep will have me back to normal tomorrow. I hope so!
