Today I felt like a million bucks when I got up. I had a good lifting session at the gym and decent cardio. Work is where things went down hill. I started feeling sick and sneezing around lunch time. I hope to not be getting sick but often you have no control over it. I am hoping for a good night of rest and I made a super chicken soup with lots of garlic to try to kick it out of my system. I hope I will be feeling good tomorrow, we will see.
