40 min lower body elliptical machine alternating each minute of not holding on to the rails and pushing it and one minute of holding on and going slower.
Work has been insane. We received 5 more requests today. We are buried in work. We are also catching heat for something that was not our fault. We got the blame and the person was not forthcoming with why it too him 40 minutes to figure out it he plugged it in wrong! WOW, some people.
