Today was a great day at work. I finished a project, worked on documentation and felt good most of the day. I now know for sure I need to retire my one pair of hiking shoes, or I need to buy a new set of gel inserts for them. I needed to take advil once I got home. My ankle is sore! I am looking forward to the gym tomorrow, if I feel good I might do some more squats with the bar. I have not done any since hurting my back doing squats in April.
