Today was a very active day. I was up and down ladders all day and working hard enough to be sore. I had a very interesting event occur today. I got the runs! I had some yogurt with breakfast that was past the expiration daye but smelled good. I mixed it into my oatmeal and when eating it I noticed there sometimes was a bit of a zing in the flavor. Kind of like when apple cider starts to turn. It did not taste bad, just a zing. Well after being at work for about 2 hours there were some grumblings in my tummy. I rushed to the bathroom where I got to experience the full fury of old yogurt. Then I got to experience it again about 35 to 45 minutes later. It was crazy! Things settled down and I am back to normal but it was crazy! Crazy like I would have called in sick to work if it started while I was at home.
