I worked hard all day. I was on my feet and on the go the whole time. I went home after work and skipped the gym. I laid back on the couch and watched some TV with my cat on my chest. After about an hour I felt more awake and made some dinner.

Looking back I was really happy with my workout this AM. I bench pressed 245 lbs and after that, continued my workout and when I made it down to 185 I did 10 reps. I was in the zone today.
