I decided I needed to ease into the gym this morning. On the plus side I did not gain a single pound. That was great. I felt pretty good on our hike today also. My wife was feeling sluggish and I was feeling good so we were evenly matched. Tomorrow is back to the grind at work so I will be in bed early tonight.
