Today we had some work come in. I took care of it quickly since my coworker is suffering with kidney stones. He sure looks miserable. I have been doing well with cooking multiple meals at once and having them ready for the wife and I to pick and choose what we want for lunch, snacks or dinners. We currently have chicken sausage peppers and onions, filet mignon with mushrooms, ground chicken with black beans and tomatoes as main meals and there are also oven roasted potatoes, red and yellow lentils with barley and onion as side items. All the meals are made to be put over salad for me. Seems like this is a good way to do it. since it is cooked I can eat as soon as I get home if I am feinding for food, or I can take in what ever I want to for snacks or lunches. Plus when I cook, I can eat the meals I want, but don’t tell my wife that…
