Today was an OK day. My workouts felt solid but not exceptional. I cooked pinto beans with onion and garlic and threw a chicken breast in the pot to add flavor and protein. I am looking forward to see how this meal does for me tonight and tomorrow.

My wife ran herself ragged and went to bed early. I mean really early, like 5:30ish. I hope she sleeps through the night and wakes up energized.
