Today was a work day! I was up and down off the floor, bending, squatting, reaching, twisting and lifting. I did enough that I was too sore to go to the gym. I took Advil and went home. Once home I did some additional school work. Tomorrow should be another partially work day. Today I was solo, tomorrow my coworker returns from vacation.
