AM:
3 rounds of 10 reps 30 lb dumbbell routine
25 min elliptical machine

18 min bike ride into work

PM:
18 min bike ride home
22 min bike

Today was a good day at work, The day went by and I got things done. There were laughs, there were tears, it was the best of times, it was the worst of times… Yeah right, it was work. It is hard to believe but I am in my final 2 weeks for this class. Sweet! Time is flying by.
