50 min elliptical machine

PM:
25 min bike

So today at work I walked from the lobby up to the 5th floor again when I made it in to work. I think this will become a regular thing to do. I was down another pound today. I am still SLOWLY working my way down. I am working on my last project for class and have one more quiz! WOOHOO!
