I had some excitement at the gym this AM. There was a guy doing squats and he had 315 on the bar. He did a personal best not to long ago of 410 or 430 lbs. So in the scheme of things 315 is not that much for him, except he got stuck coming up and was losing the bar off his shoulders and it was going down his back some. He asked for help which I jumped up to do, but how the hell do you help in a situation like that? I grabbed it with a curl grip and duck walked with him so he could re-rack the bar. It scared the shit out me! I was worried he was hurt and that I was about to be as well. Fortunately all is good. He was just losing his grip.

Tomorrow I return to the offsite to work an emergency request then I need to finish the screwed up one from last week. fun, NOT!
