Today was a great day for lifting. I was worried because I was struggling with the run. Once I hit the weights I was strong with leg presses and benching. I can still feel in in my legs and I did not work out in the afternoon. Tomorrow I will be going off site again to finish what I started the other day. Hope everything will go smoothly.
