30 min walking in place while watching a tv show.
Work was OK, i did not need to deal with any of the knuckleheads so all was good. I got a haircut after work and was too tired to go to the gym afterwards, thus the walking in place watching TV at home. Looks like I should be in bed before 7pm tonight. I am beat!
