Today was a NORMAL workout! I was able to do it without pain and discomfort! YES! After my workout I went to take a 1 hour nap. That turned into a 2.5 hour nap. I needed it. I was running on empty and it felt great to recharge.

Today was the neighbor’s pool party. We had fun. Good food with neighbors and friends. I played cornhole as part of a team and we lost a 3 game challenge. I dragged my team down with not scoring enough. Oh well, it was a game and we had fun.
