30 min elliptical machine
I am still sick, but much better. I did go to the gym today and afterwards hacks lots of stuff out of my lungs. I did rest for a little bit, and finished getting the Halloween stuff out of the yard. I even had time for Destiny on PS3. Tomorrow is the real test, I will be back at work.
