Today was a fairly ordinary day. Sure work had the usual incompetent players playing but hey that is business as usual. My state of Virginia did something extremely crappy today. The Attorney general for the state decided to cancel reciprocity agreements with 25 states concerning conceal carry. This means my VA license is going to not be accepted in as many states as it is today. So now I am going to need to get a nonresident license from another state and keep my VA one just to keep legal when we travel. “Safety” was the buzzword for this action. Well guess what? all the states do background checks so this is another one of those Democrat power moves to keep we the people unarmed and make it a pain in the butt to have to have multiple licenses (and the expenses that go with it). Why don’t they ever want to go after the criminals? Why always punish the law abiding citizens. In the same day it was announced the telephone taxes levied on prisoner pay phones is going to be done away with. That will be 2.6 million dollars less in collected taxes that will now need to come from somewhere else to benefit those that have already committed crimes against society. See that? help the criminal hurt the citizen.
