Y3W13 Day 5

AM:
25 min stair master climber
20 min elliptical machine

Well I did get sick today. I called in sick and went back to sleep after the gym. I was hoping that I could sweat out my sickness and feel better, but that did not happen. Rest did me good but I am still not right. My wife is much better though. She is almost her regular self. That chicken soup I made kicked ass and was filled with the good healing that we needed.
