Y3W14 Day 6

AM:
a walk instead of a jog, my knee was bothering me.

PM:
20 min bike

Today was a day to catch up with a friend that I used to work with. He came over for a dinner and we had Meatloaf, potatoes and creamed/mashed cauliflower. It was good!

Earlier today I wanted to go for a jog. I set out with my wife but was unable to go more than a few houses down before I had to stop because of my knee pain. Bummer. We walked the neighborhood instead. It was OK to do that as it did not hurt, but there is no substitution for running. I hope the pain passes and I can get back to it.
