It was a good workout this AM. I got home and I was so tired that I did not work. On the plus side I got to enjoy a scooter ride to and from work. This is the first one in over a year and I really missed it! It made me think of all the enjoyment time I had riding through rock creek park on my way to work at Walter reed army medical center.
