Y3W15 Day 5

AM:
25 min elliptical machine
4 sets seated shoulder presses
5 sets cable chest press

Today was ride your bike to work day! So I pedaled in. I an having knee problems since my 5 mile run and have not been strong with my biking either. I have not had proper power pushing down on the pedals with my left leg and today. I can compensate with my right leg except on hills where I really fade. Riding in I average my 18 minutes and riding home I was setting a record. I made it home in a little under 14:30. My previous best was 15 and change. The lights all were in my favor and that was the difference. I was not cranking the bike faster, in fact I was going slower than normal. I don’t care, a record is a record.
