AM:
30 min elliptical machine

1 set overhead dumbbell presses
4 sets of incline bench press
4 sets of hack squats
4 sets of leg presses

Today was a very busy day at work. I worked through my morning and afternoon breaks and was running around like a crazy person. I got done what I set out to do so it all worked out. We refinanced our house today and cut our monthly outlay by $470! We will still pay what we used to but feel good knowing if I lose my job in the future our monthly bills will be less than they were last time. Now if we only would switch over to GEICO…
