AM:
We risked getting caught in a storm and went out for a hike. We went to Scott’s Run and hiked. We were out for a little over 2 hours. We had some good hills and some trees to climb over or crawl under. It was fun. We met a young lady on the trail that was a bit lost and scared and joined us on the way back to the parking lot. We made it eventually. It did rain on us some but nothing too bad.
We saw some cool things. There was a stick shelter, really weird fungi growing on some logs, butterflies, birds out on the river, chipmunks, squirrels, frogs the size of your pinky nail, and some little fish in the water.
Today was a great day!
