Y3W22 Day 3

AM:
4 sets of exercises doing 5 reps each with 25 lb dumbbells
Push-ups
DB overhead presses
body weight squats
DB dead lifts
Alt arm curls
sit-ups

25 min of stair climbing machine
15 min elliptical machine

Work today was OK. My co-worker left early because his tooth hurt. I had work to do and worked my pace. Life was good. I did some shopping and relaxed at home. My wife returned to work and had an interesting day. She worked as best she could doing what she could. She was happy to be home and so was I! Tomorrow is the 4th of July!
