AM:

Push-ups
DB overhead presses
squats
dead lifts
Alt arm curls
sit ups

25 min stair step machine
20 min elliptical machine

PM:
20 min bike

Another busy day with more work piled on. My co-worker is on vacation Mon and Tues so we got to hustle to get his project completed tomorrow so I don’t have to work it by myself besides my own work load.
