40 min elliptical machine
Today was not an epic day. I worked off site and it went pretty good but hey, it was still a day a work and not a day of hiking or fishing. I got up earlier today to get to the gym earlier and it worked for me. I will keep the earlier time and see how I do 2 days in a row.This weekend looks like it is going to be a house cleaning weekend. It is OK with me. Things got really out of hand. I think we are part time hoarders. Yep it is like that.
