AM:
10 min stair climb machine
40 min elliptical machine

PM:
25 min bike

Today I was on my feet almost all day. I was up and down a ladder a few time also. My body was sore enough at lunch that I needed to take some advil. We are ramping up with work again and the work is piling up. That is good though as it will keep me moving throughout the day.
