Boy was I sore still from the dumbbell routine on Monday. It was tough getting through it even though it was only 5 reps each exercise. The rest of the exercises were feeling OK and the cardio in the afternoon felt great. I was active at work today taking the stairs each trip between the 5th and 4th floors. I feel good about today (and the last few days). Now that I am back into an after work exercise routine all is good in the world. I expect after a few weeks of this I will see a few pounds drop off.
