AM:
50 min elliptical machine

PM:
30 min elliptical machine

The day dragged on but I made it through it. I woke up early and struggled to fall back asleep. When I was busy I was OK but when things slowed down I really felt tire. I hope for a better night of sleep tonight.

I am feeling sore from the little dumbbell workout I did yesterday. It really worked me. I plan to start my lifting tomorrow again with it if I can.
