This morning’s weight workout rocked. I added a round to the dumbbell routine and really felt it. At some point I might be doing that routine as the entire workout once I am up to 10-12 reps of each exercise and can do 8 to 10 rounds. I also expect I will increase the weight of the dumbbells along the way.
I needed to get gas again and I am happy to report it was incident free this AM. No knuckleheads around this time.
