Last night we had chili with black beans for dinner. I had 2 bowls. That was a mistake. I was farting light mad this morning before getting to the gym and I was struggling to keep the stink on the inside of me. I even needed to take a break and poop at the gym. I did make it through 30 minutes of the elliptical machine but even then I was clenching my butt cheeks. There were enough people in the gym this AM that there was no way I could fart and get away with it. The stink was strong today. I did not pack gym clothes for after work since I expected to still be toxic. I went grocery shopping and cooked dinned and never did get my second workout in. Tomorrow is a new day. I hope the funk will have passed by then.
