Today was a slow day. There were geese and let me tell you about my cat’s breath! The day was OK. We had some work to do and we got it done. Life is good! I was happy today I was able to add one repetition to my dumbbell routine. It took me 29 minutes to get through it. I am hoping to get to the point of doing 10 sets of 10 and using heavier dumbbells. That most likely will be a full morning workout.
