Today was day 3 of 5 hours of sleep. I am beat! I have been waking up early before my alarm for a bathroom trip then not falling back asleep. Today it got the best of me. I did have a great weight lifting workout this AM but I kinda crashed later in the day and did not want to go to the gym, so I pedaled the bike as I watched TV at home. It is 6:45 pm and I am heading to bed in the hopes I will get close to 8 hours of rest tonight.
