So I went to bed at 7 pm last night and slept until 3:30 AM! Sure I got up to pee at 11:30 pm and was briefly worried that I might not fall back asleep, but I was out light a light! I woke up refreshed and feeling ready to conquer the day. Sleep does a body good.
