bike ride while my wife walked/jogged

Today I made the effort to start eating right again. I had 4 hard boiled egg whites and a Greek yogurt for breakfast, chicken thighs and grain medley, for an afternoon snack I had a can of tuna and cherry tomatoes and for dinner a sweet potato, salmon and a big salad.
