Today was a decent day. I am a pound lighter and I had a good AM and PM workout. I found that if I watch the Maury show while on the elliptical machine I stay on it longer since I can’t seem to look away from the train wreck of the guests lives. If you ever feel bad about your life or feel depressed I recommend you watch one week’s worth and you will be feeling better in no time.
