26 min dumbbell routine 5 rounds of 7 reps 30lbs

20 min elliptical machine

PM:
30 min elliptical machine.

SO My mom was skeptical of the skydiving picture. Could it be I am afraid of flying? or maybe because I don’t like heights? Or maybe because I would never jump out of a plane? We she was right, it was only a look alike. Well done.
