Y4W25 Day 5

AM:
2 rounds of 35lb dumbbell routine
3 rounds of 30lb dumbbell routine
25 min elliptical machine

18 min pedaled into work.

PM:
18 min pedaled home
22 min bike

Today was a decent day. Work flowed, the air was cool for my bike riding and we had work to do. I am stressing over a team project, looks like the whole team is not on the same sheet of music. I am worried some are waiting until the last minute to get it done.
