AM:
31 minutes
2 rounds of 8 reps 35lb dumbbells
3 rounds of 8 reps 30lb dumbbells

25 min elliptical machine

PM:
45 min elliptical machine

Today was great! I lost another pound. They are coming off slowly but that is OK. I also was able to increase the weight of the dumbbells for the first 2 rounds of exercises that I do in the morning. Excellent! Things are going well, and I like it!
