So last night I had some peanut butter as a snack. It did not sit well in my stomach. I was gassy and cramped up and had a terrible night of sleep. I am looking forward to a better night tonight. I did make lentils to go with dinner so I still might be experiencing a disturbance in the force tomorrow, time will tell.
