AM:
42 min dumbbell routine 10 reps of 5 rounds.
35lb 2 rounds of 10
30lb 3 rounds of 10

15 min elliptical machine

18 min bike into work

PM:
18 min bike home
20 min bike

I took the stairs a lot today at work. I counted 5 different trips up and down total. Add that to my bonus bike ride and things are looking good! I am still keeping up with my schoolwork. I just started week 5 and turned in 2 assignments due tonight. It is really tough typing so many things.
