AM:
36 min dumbbell routine
3 rounds of 10 reps 35 lbs
1 round or 10 reps 25 lbs

2 hour hike

I slept in until 8:15 this morning. I can’t remember the last time i slept in like that. The weather held and we had a wonderful time going for a hike. I also have more good news school-wise, I picked up a few more 100’s! It is a good day!

On the hike we saw woodpeckers, fish, a tiny frog, and mushrooms of all different sizes and shapes. Today was a winner all around.
