AM:
20 min elliptical stepper
30 min elliptical machine

PM:
30 min elliptical machine

I woke up in a funk today! I was not feeling good enough to do the dumbbell routine so I just split my time between 2 cardio machines. In the afternoon I had a haircut prior to the gym so I only did 30 minutes in the afternoon. This weekend is going to be rainy so there maybe some target shooting in our futures.
