AM:
28 minutes:
1 round of 11 reps 30lb dumbbell routine
3 rounds of 10 reps 30 lb dumbbell routine

20 min elliptical machine

PM skipped

Today was a good day of work. I was busy for a bit but slow for a time also. I had enjoyed a big bowl of cherries early and some chicken over salad for lunch. I don’t know if the chicken was funky, if the cherries did me in, or if it was the split peas I ate, but about 30 minutes after lunch I was in the bathroom. Then again before I left work, then again once I got home then again later. I did not throw up so that was good.I have a busy day ahead of me tomorrow with school work. I need to finish writing my paper then type it and submit it. My wife has plans with her coworkers so that is cool, I will not be holding her back.
