Y4W28 day 3

AM:
today I did a strength check. I have not been lifting the weights like I have in the past and have only been doing dumbbells and body weight exercises. I was pleasantly surprised, I was able to bench press 225 for 3 repetitions. I also did hack squats up to 270lbs. I had more in me but decided to leave it there.

Today I was feeling pretty tired as the day went on. I was looking forward to finally getting home and resting. That plan almost worked.
