AM:
I was sore! Too sore to do the dumbbell routine

30 min elliptical machine
3 sets of lats–I really stretched out my back and it is hours later and I feel better.

18 min bike to work

PM:
18 min bike home

Today was an interesting day. I learned (again) eating a really big bowl of fresh cherries is not ideal for my digestive system. People pay good money for a “cleanse” system. I got news for you, eat a big bag of cherries. you will be cleansed.
