AM:
New workout, I am calling this the “A” 300 workout.
10 rounds of 10 repetitions each of Sit-ups, push-ups and squats.
It took 32.5 minutes to do. This will be a timed workout with the goal of getting faster as I progress.
Well the unthinkable happened. I was challenged again for the ALS ice bucket challenge. So I did it again (last time!) and guess who I called out????
AM/PM:
2 hour hike!
And we had a good time. We even saw a snake!
So it was a great day, there was ICE, hiking, food and tv.
